New Day! This group now meets on the 4th Tuesday.
Living Mindfully: A Discussion and Support Group
In our formal practice of Mindfulness Meditation, we practice being present, seeing
things as they are, allowing whatever arises without resisting or embracing it. We
practice awareness without judgment or attachment.
OK. Now what?
This group helps us to transition into a dynamic practice. Living in Mindful Awareness.
That's really the point of the practice, after all. Until we put these elements of meditation
into relationship, they are simply a concept.
We must live mindfully in order to experience life more fully, to manage life's challenges with
ease and to be happier.
We offer a loving, non-judgmental, supportive environment that supports both our formal and dynamic mindfulness practice.
Join us the fourth Tuesday of each month 6:30 - 8:00 PM
